Overall, a great experience. We had an issue with our tub not draining, and the staff took care of it as soon as we reported it. The shuttle to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed at this hotel for the weekend while visiting Epic Universe and EPCOT, and the location was perfect for both. I had never stayed here before, but I would definitely stay again in the future. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

We had a small trip to Disney 2 days. We stayed here and I will say from my personal experience the staff was and service was some of the best I have ever had. First i called because I wasn't able to check in before 11pm and Asif at the front desk took care of everything for me and when I did check in late offered two complimentary drinks at the Bar. When I did finally make it to the Bar I ordered some food not knowing the Bar restaurant was closed and the Chef(we did not get his name) came out and made wings and chicken quesadillas for my family after hours. The staff really made accommodations for us even after late night check in and after hours. We definitely recommend this hotel. Great Location. Affordable. Staff was Excellent!

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was a great experience. The hotel facilities were well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. Nice hotel and perfect for a solo trip. Good pool with slide and lounge chairs. The food at the restaurant/bar is delicious. The only thing is they don’t open until 5pm. You can’t get lunch or any type of drink from the bar until 5pm. They do offer breakfast for an additional fee. There is a small convenience store area that has items such as chips, ramen, sandwich, wrap, chicken Caesar salad, beer, wine, water, soda, juice. The staff are all very kind and helpful. It’s a good location and the property is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Room was serviced everyday if needed. Coffee is available all day as well as water with lemon at a serve station. Overall it was a great stay and I would return if traveling solo.

I stayed in room 520 with my daughter from Sept 9th to 13th. This hotel has exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping did an excellent job at keeping my room clean every day! Room was spotless upon arrival! I really loved the front desk agent, Asif, he was super kind and he deserve real recognition. From the moment I came, he has been exceptional. Thank you Asif, a lot of hotels need people like you. Beautiful hotel, great staff..Definitely recommending and definitely returning. Onky one small issue is that the slide at the pool isn't smoother enough to push the body forward amd I hated the eggs that were provided for breakfast. On my final day I realize real eggs were provided, but that information wasn't provided that we could ask for real egg even if I was to pay extra, I would've. The powdered egg smell and taste really bad. Everything else 10/10! Thank you for excellent service.

The manager was great with solving a minor issue with my card. Along with complementing me with bar drinks. The staff was great friendly and outgoing. The breakfast bar was great food was fantastic. Especially the grits omg delicious not your standard breakfast at a hotel. The room was clean and super comfortable. The location was everything being surrounded with all attractions and if had to uber prices were really cheap. Bars and plenty of restaurants in the area walking distance. And wow even a hooters lol haven’t seen one in over a decade. Definitely rate this place 10/10 and I will be back very soon with the family. Unfortunately this time was a meeeee time. Pool area and gym was even great. I will definitely make this my place to be. Loved it here.

The hotel is clean and the staff was great. It's very close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing i didn't like was the 20 dollar resort fee and 25 dollar parking fee attached per night.
