"Room smelled Musty and next day I had bed bug bites on my body. During my stay phone kept ringing throughout the night disturbing sleep. Even though staff seemed nice enough, I would not stay there again."

"Room was dirty, sheets looked like were not changed between guests, property was not well maintained and overall really unpleasant. Not coming back and don't waste your money. "

"The hotel was under some well needed renovations when we arrived, looks like they were doing a new pool area. The hotel hallways showed signs of neglect, beat up walls, and worn carpets.My big gripe was the A/C in the room was not adequate, the room was hot as they all face the setting sun.They staff did send up a maintenance guy to look at the issue , they said they would let us change rooms but we declined, we just went out for the evening. Luckily I had 3 little fans I took on the cruise with us to add a lil comfort, The valet people were good to us.I will not stay at this property again. "

"The room was clean but needs updates. Carpet was kinda gross, tub needed to be replaced it was peeling and cracked. Veiw was amazing,bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nice."

"This hotel is very worn! I heard they are going to make it into apartments! I would be ashamed if I were Whyndam! Our AC in room 213 was not up to par! Several other things I took pictures of was so outdated or worn. Very sad for our anniversary, pool was closed! If you want a bed and a hot shower that’s the only worth in this hotel! "

"The breakfast was OK. The ribs in the back are horrible. The rooms in the front after we found a few roaches was OK. It’s giving super 8. If I had enough money i wouldn’t have stayed here!!!"
