The room was clean with a huge bathroom, however the bed was not that comfortable. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. "I arrived late as my flight was delayed so really only slept and showered. Front desk staff was very helpful and the hotel is right across from the Duomo and tower. There are several restaurants and trattorias nearby but no vehicle access (within restricted city walls) super clean but cramped - historic hotel but lots of stairs or old cranky elevator and can barely fit one person. Same for shower. Slept well but no breakfast. Don’t think it was worth what I paid- no view but again, I got in...
