"The stay was average. The hotel is located next to a station, but it’s on a line that doesn’t take you to the main spots, so you need to walk about 8 minutes to the nearest station that connects you to the city. There are no konbinis in the immediate area either, with the nearest one also a 10-minute walk away. The amenities are virtually non-existent for a 5-star hotel. The gym is poor, and the laundry and vending machines are equally underwhelming. The guest lounge was also unavailable during our stay, which further reduced what was on offer. The downstairs cafe and breakfast look fancy, but the coffee comes from an automatic machine rather than the proper manual setup you would expect at this level. Architecturally, the building is excellent and very pleasing to the eye. The staff are extremely helpful, polite, and speak good conversational English. The rooms are very tight, but the in-room amenities are okay. The entertainment TVs are also outdated, with no ability to cast from your own device, when you would expect AirPlay or Android casting support as standard. Overall, it was an okay hotel, but certainly not to a 5-star standard.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"
