"Wendy at the front desk was very kind. She was the best thing at this hotel. Unfortunately we had to cancel and go to another location. Our room had holes in the wall, toothpaste stains on the carpet the sheets were unclean the toilet was clogged the elevator was not working as well as the handrails ..."
