This is a very Elegant and Very Clean Hotel. the Staff were very Friendly, knowledgeable and Personable. the Housekeeping was very Prompt and respectful.

Hyatt Place Omaha Downtown Old Market
Hyatt Place Omaha was very clean, but the breakfast service area is too crowded. Overall a great stay at Christmas time, though. Staff was real nice.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market
Pool was closed and we weren’t informed. Grand daughter was disappointed and the rest of the family was too. We weren’t given any refund except $50 when we inquired and we booked 3 rooms. Not quite what Embassy use to be. So many kids staying the weekend were so disappointed
