"***RUN WHILE YOU CAN My bed had little black bugs all over it. The room had a pungent odor and it is very noisy. When I confronted the receptionist about the bugs, bugs started crawling on the counter as she casually squashed them and flicked them away as to not have evidence disrupting our wonderful conversation. I didn't stay and had to go and check into another hotel. I requested a refund but unfortunately even though they said they would FULLY refund but had to go thru expedia, they are...
