" It’s a perfect getaway for families and friends. Even though just one night but it is worth it. "Our stay at princesa was really good, after a problem with the air conditioning we were upgraded immediately without charge. The whole facility is well taken care of and works very good. "I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
