"Decent hotel, clean, helpful staff. Close to the beach and a 4 minute walk to Biot station which is a great central point for visiting the other towns along the coast, would highly recommend."

"Location is excellent. Hotel was just average and over priced in my opinion. Rooms need updating. The carpets are pretty filthy in our room which was room 105 a king suite. The shower didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom. We called to have it fixed but they attempted to fix it but it didn’t fix it so to shower we had to turn the water on and off to prevent the shower from pouring over the edge and spilling onto the bathroom floor. The location is great in terms of beach access, walking the promenade and restaurants. The beach has large rocks and quite the drop off to get into the water. Killer on bare feet! We enjoyed out stay in Nice. The hotel is ok if you aren’t looking for luxury. It’s cleanish and is in great location."
