Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. "Great location and about 15 minutes from the station, an easy walk. The dockside area does get busy, avoid if you don’t like to see people having fun, lovely place to walk around plenty to see. We didn’t eat at the hotel, found a bus to Bath only a few minutes walk away. Nice friendly hotel"
