Everything was good. We had 3 rooms with 2 of them with lovely terrace to sit outdoors. Clean & modern decor, sensible switches, comfortable pajamas; even had nespresso machine and with the monorail station just in front of hotel it’s really convenient. Quiet location yet within 8 minutes walk to kokusai shopping and eateries street. Shower faucets abit confusing though in adjustment of hot and cold. And perhaps should offer normal pillows as foreigners are not used to Japanese type of pillows.

The hotel feels new and clean. The public spaces have a spa vibe. The breakfast has good variety, but they only have two variations of the breakfast, we end up calling them breakfast A and Breakfast B. Not a big deal if you are only there for a few days, but we were doing a longer stay. The gym is small, but good quality, be prepared to use free weights for strength training. I never had to share the gym worth anyone during our stay. Laundry facilities are nice and clean, soap provided, but the driers were slow, plan on a double cycle (60 minutes). The rims are a good size and have western style beds, but they are Japanese firm (aka Very, very firm).

The hotel is nice and connivence, very close to the MRT station. However, I would not so happy to see the men staff's facial expression, they looked not so friendly and don't want to work. Those ladies staff were great with smiling face, especially the staff for breakfast.

Very clean and modern chic, with a small delightful inner court garden with pool. Like a small oasis in the city. We booked the smallest, single room which was very comfy and didn’t feel too small. Excellent location next to monorail and minutes from Kokusai Dori Shopping Street. Front desk staff helped me get a package of items left in Beppu the week before - very accommodating.
