The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Aquarium. However other than the restaurant across the road or in the Aquarium, there is no other restaurants nearby, so you would have to drive down into Motobu for dinner. The hotel breakfast dining room was okay with a good variety of western and Asian foods.

You can definitely feel that it’s an older property, but it was clean and everything works! It was conveniently right beside the aquarium and it was quite affordable so it was definitely worth the stay!

Honestly an amazing stay and I love they have a high tech screen you can speak into in your language and gives the staff subtitles in Japanese, and same for us. It was something that truly made me wish the rest of Japan could include as solution to language barriers. Amazing kind people and everything was so easy to access and lead us to the aquarium or their crystal clear beaches like Emerald Beach.

Tattoo friendly hotel

We had a room in the Annex for 6pax. Nice and clean room. Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast. No problem with visible tattoes in the hotel, in the pool or at Emerald Beach. Would stay here again.

The location is excellent, right next to the aquarium. Within 10 mins drive you can reach places with loads of restaurants and food. You can also see the sunset from your room...given the weather is good enough

It's very close to the aquarium, so if you want to go to the aquarium, it's very convenient to stay there, and there are convenience stores nearby, as well as simple life skills. It's not a new hotel, but the environment and cleanliness of the rooms are well maintained. Great place to stay if you are traveling in northern Okinawa.

Very freindly and good service. Fine breakfast og fine dinner, Emerald Beach is few minuts away and Expo park is definately worth visiting. Very god for family with small kids. its an old hotel and it shows.

The hotel is close to the aquarium and is also very close to the beach. The room is big but sometimes you can smell smoking from the hallway, which I think the hotel needs to improve because we travel with a baby. The hotel staff is nice and the view from the hotel is fantastic l.

Wonderful experience and perfect sea view

Very good location and wonderful sea view ! Fall in love to Okinawa with great experience in the hotel! With a small playhouse and kids must enjoy staying in the hotel. Only one thing need to improve is the cleaning, my kid find some rubbish (dental floss stick) under the bed

Last minute stay

Okinawa was surprisingly cold on our visit and the place we booked had a broken heater and was freezing inside. I randomly found this hotel and booked it just for one night. We enjoyed it so much we cancelled our other place and booked the additional nights here. Highly recommend. Great location (just next door and walking distance) near the aquarium which was the reason for our visit.

While the decor and design felt quite dated, the hotel's maintenance was excellent, indicating a strong commitment to upkeep. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff's genuine efforts to communicate in English. Furthermore, since the buffet breakfast wasn't available during our stay, we were delighted by the traditional Japanese breakfast set, complemented by a semi-buffet style offering. The hotel is also walking distance to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium 沖縄美ら海水族館 and short driving distance to Lawson, Starbucks and variety of food establishments.

Very convenient to the aquarium and the surrounding area. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room were adequate for a short stay, however the facilities on the grounds seemed dated or short staffed as areas were closed during what should be normal hotel hours. Breakfast was good but you should not expect a western style breakfast. Restaurant was not open during any other hours other than breakfast during our stay.

We stayed one night in a 4 bedroom in the separate house of the hotel (next to main building) with ocean view. The hotel offered a free washing machine in this room. We visited the aquarium and ocean expo park. The hotel is very close to both. Emerald beach and a convenience store are also very close to the hotel. Breakfast is pretty good. The Yanbaru Express Bus stopps in front of the hotel and takes round about 2,5 hours from/to Naha airport.
