We were able to have a hot shower in the evening, but there was no hot water in the morning. The plug on the bath was broken. The restaurant was unclean, there was food on the floor from the night before when coming down for breakfast. "Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

"The third time staying at the Three Swans. A great welcome and easy check in with incredibly helpful check in Manager who was thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel situated in the centre Of Hungerford which is a lovely small town with interesting individual shops and antique markets. Another great stay."

"The hotel is very clean and ideally located, with shops nearby and an adventure centre with cinema and other entertainment facilities just across the road. We booked a family room and it was great, very spacious and clean. I requested a cot for my baby and it was in the room when we got there. The swimming pool and other facilities were wonderful, and we all enjoyed it. The bar/restaurant was great too and they were showing the World Cup final on the big screen which was brilliant for my husband...
