"Hotel fantastique ,le problème nous avions pris une pension complète. L'hôtel indiquait une arrivée a partir de 16 heures. J ai envoyé un e-mail pour demander comment bénéficier de la pension complète pas de réponse de l hôtel .A notre arrivée à 17h on nous a indiqué qu il fallait venir à 13h pour pouvoir profiter de la pension complète Ils se sont excusés pour l absence de réponse mais n ont pas proposé de compensations"

"Set in an isolated location in the Black Forest, this Guest House was one of the best we had ever stayed in. Yes, you need a car to find it, but its worth it. On arrival, the car park was full by locals who were using the restuarant that had an excellent reputation. Greeted by the owner who showed us to our room.
