"I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. "Es war ein wunderbare Kurz Reise nach Phalsbourg! Das Hotel selber ist unterbewertet, hier stimmt alles und der Charme den man hier findet ist Konkurrenz los. Seul petit hic : les portes des chambres ne sont pas isolées (un grand jour en bas…) on attend tout ce que fait le voisin de chambre.
