Très déçu

Nous avons été très déçus d'apprendre en arrivant à l'hôtel après 5h30 de route sans s'arrêter pour arriver à l'heure que notre massage en duo réservé en début de semaine n'était pas réalisable puisqu'il n'y avait qu'une seule praticienne. La personne de l'accueil nous a surclassé dans une chambre où le lit était constitué de deux lits simples rapprochés avec un trou inconfortable au milieu Nous avons eu accès au spa qui est bien mais il y faisait un peu froid Nous avons très bien mangé le soir Nous avons donc payé un peu plus de 300€ pour une nuit avec petit déjeuner Le lit moyen et la vue de la chambre sur un toit

Accueil parfait, nous avons pu profiter des installations piscine, sauna, hamam le matin avant le départ. Il manque peut-être les étiquettes précisant l'origine des produits disponible au buffet du petit déjeuner

Séjours convenable. Hôtel au prix élevé au vues des prestations dans les chambres, et le côté un peu kitsch ( couleur vert et tapis au sol ). Je recommande cependant le SPA de très bonne qualité.

Nach einigen Jahren waren wir als schwules Paar wieder einmal hier mit einer Freundin, was uns indiskrete Nachfragen zu unserer Dreierkonstellation bescherte. Leider war der Service des Abendessens sehr durcheinander, der erste Gang wurde noch vor dem Aperitif und dem Amuse geule serviert, erst auf Nachfrage kam dann der Aperitif, dann mussten wir das Amuse geule einfordern, dann das Brot. Dann kam der dritte Gang und der zweite Gang musste nochmals eingefordert werden. Bereits beim Bestellen war es etwas umständlich zu klären ob die Speisen für eine schwangere Frau geeignet seien. Ebenso am nächsten Morgen konnte das Team nicht klären ob es auf dem Frühstücksbuffet Produkte aus pasteurisierter Milch gibt oder nicht. Eine Spabuchung die uns per Email bestätigt wurde hatten sie intern zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt notiert, sodass der Termin nicht zustande kam und keine Alternative möglich war. Das Fruehstueck auf der Terrasse einzunehmen war ein extremer organisatorischer Aufwand für den zwei Mitarbeiter kontaktiert werden mussten bis drei Gedecke bereit waren. Das könnte man doch bei warmem Wetter anders organisieren. Fehlende Schüsseln und Teller beim Frühstücksbuffet mussten wir umständlich erst einfordern. Zugute halten kann man dem Team dass uns die Getränke beim Abendessen spendiert wurden und (wow!) der seitens des Hotels verplante Spatermin nicht in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Aber wir haben uns leider insgesamt nicht als Kunden wertgeschätzt gefühlt.
