"Terrible staff, charged us more hidden fees to give us a room we had already paid for! Looked nothing like the photos. Pointless to be using the cite and getting a room if one is still going to be charged more fees to get a place and for it to look nothing like the photos!!!!"

"I would have loved to rate this stay a little bit higher than I did, but unfortunately due to the lack of cleanliness of the room, I cannot. We stayed one night in the luxury room with double queen beds. I was hoping that the room matched the images, but it was dirty. It seemed as if the housekeepers looked past the room and the smaller details of it. There was a piece of cheesecake in the fridge. There was a cucumber slice in the corner of the room and pieces of food still on the carpet. When I opened one of the drawers there was foil in it. There was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floors and the bottom of the tub was dark. The scent was not pleasant either, once you opened the door, it had a perpetual a$$ smell. The things I did enjoy was the early check in, the amenities, and how close everything was. The movie theater, the pool, and the lake. There was also a little gas station in the parking lot of the hotel which was nice."

"The room was infested with moths. I called housekeeping THREE TIMES and only once did they come. I was waking up with moths all in my bed, in my luggage, everywhere. Also, the balcony door did not lock which was a huge safety issue since I have a toddler and they did not care at all"

"We had a great stay at River Lodge Laughlin. We were a little disappointed that the pool was out of order during our visit, especially with our 2 and 4 year olds, but overall we still had a really good experience. The room was very clean, the view was beautiful, and we appreciated how kid friendly the property felt for our family. The staff was kind, and the location made it easy to enjoy Laughlin with little ones. We’d definitely consider staying again!"
