"Very close to Exeter Uni and the Railway station. Affordable, well kept and well maintained. Attention to detail - loved the cafetiere in the room and fan for the heat. Staff were present at night for security. They helped keep my lunch in the fridge in the heat which was really appreciated. Accepted that the room had a shared toilet and bathroom"
