"The rooms were spacious and clean, staff very helpful. Worked hard to find us 2 rooms close together. Great view of pool area and volcano in waterpark near by. Food court is very large, has, lots of variety of foods and fast process to get through. Took grandchildren age 12 and 7, they loved the pool and hot tub. Location was very close to Universal, Disney, and Seaworld. "

"This hotel is about a mile away from universal. There is no charge for parking. The shuttle they offer makes 1 trip out at 8:10 and 1 trip back at 5:30 in the afternoon. The breakfast offered was less than expected. Only bagels, muffins, and cereal offered. No gym. Small pool. No complimentary water offered, but they have a vending machine in the lobby where you can buy a bottle for $7. The hotel was clean overall and met our needs. "

"The property is in dire need of an update. The only elevator in the building was unreliable and got stuck between floors on one occasion. The room itself was probably kept as clean as it could be considering how old and tired everything was. The mattress on the pullout sofa needs to be disposed of ASAP. The ventilation in the bathroom needs an upgrade as well. The vanity was falling apart due to the buildup of steam and moisture in the room. As for positives, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming and the AC In the room worked."
