Wasnt happy about the jerks next door blaring the tv until 3AM....that ruined our stay

"This a traditional big city downtown hotel. It's in a great location on Michigan Avenue, with a 15 minute walk to the lakefront. The rooms are small, as you would expect, but clean and comfortable with surprisingly generous amenities (coffee maker and fridge/freezer, but no microwave). The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking's expensive, but it's downtown Chicago. It's old and slightly threadbare, but still a nice place and a good value given the location."
"Situated in Fulton Market area, a trendy, low - medium rise area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Next to the L line transit for access to downtown, etc. Quiet except for frequent low rolling sounds from the L line. Friendly staff. Clean and efficient, smallish rooms without closet (but had decent wardrobe stand), great shower, nice bed (but too soft pillows)."
