A truly amazing experience! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The attention to detail is of the highest level. The rooms are luxurious and the hotel grounds are stunning

Great hotel, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and perfect location. The tree house room is amazing! Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay at Casa Maria, such a bright colourful space with welcoming staff and a lovely boutique feel. Great rooms and a nice area to relax by the pool at the end of a busy day. Really close to the Los Muertos pier and the start of the Malecon. Would definitely stay again.

The house(B&B ) is great. Lovely rooms, beautifully kept garden and terrace out the back for breakfasts. Good foods for breakfast also. Obviously the regular customers I met there speaks volumes of how good Casa Virgilios is. The location is good not more than 10minutes (2min) drive to the beaches. Restaurants round the corner are good and Puerto Vallarta not to far away. Would recommend to anyone that wants a good clean comfort and friendly place to stay without the hustle and bustle of being...

Great staff, pool was very nice

We stayed in several different hotels during our trip and this was the last one before we flew home (chose it as close to the airport) was set in very beautiful scenic grounds with lots of flowers & ponds/waterways & had fish and a peacock. We love to see animals around hotel. Hotel easily accessible with buggy & had lifts. Had a nice view from bedroom over sea but disappointingly the windows were screwed shut . Room nice but shower was fixed to the wall & no bath. The pools were fine but...

We had a great stay. The rooms are great. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooftop pool and views are breathtaking. 10/10

Didnt have breakfast. View was ok. Rooftop pool was great!

Great property but a long way from anything. 20 minutes walk to dinner and 40 minutes to decent beach. Puerto Vallarta not greatest place for beach holiday.

Beautiful property, the family suite was stunning and the service was impeccable. We went for the “all inclusive” service and the food was okay, nothing extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel

Almost every element at Bon Hotel exceeded my expectations, the hotel, setting and most elements of the room were lovely the hotel as an entirety was exceptional. I would say 90% of the staff were at the same level of the standard of the hotel, we had some small issues - check in staff, smells in room furniture, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons, I travel everywhere and would very rarely go back to a hotel but Bon is one I would visit again. Especially after its next expansion. It was...
