The exterior of the hotel is well presentable and clean. Check in process took a long time and once check in watch out for the timeshare pitch. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Pool was great. Only downfall that it’s only 4ft deep at the deepest end. So plan on swimming in warm water in August due to hot weather

A well managed property with mid level ammenities which provide good and adequate services ( food, beverages, etc..) Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. All in all a great place

Friendly staff, very clean rooms with great air condition and ceiling fans. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Beach location is perfecto. Not all the rooms have an ocean view. So be sure to ask when booking or checking in.

This was our second stay here at Villas del Palmar Flamingos. As always the room was spotless clean at arrival and during the stay. The staff and bell boys are always so kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Very family friendly place. I will always recommend this place and will be booking our future stays in PV here ❤️✨

Hotel is in excellent condition and the beach is amazing. Food and food and beverage service is great. The only 2 things is that air conditionate on room made too much noise, and they charge a 15% tip plus 16% tax on every bill (in Mexico service is charged separetely) so beware on double tipping when paying the bill.
