The food is great! Well beyond our expectations. The service was very good and in general you get great value for the cost. The only complaint would be that there is really no even a little shadow spot in the family pool. I think this can be improved pretty easily and manual people would be thankful

A little bit dated in places, but a fantastic spot with the adults only infinity pool overlooking the ocean and beach. Lovely view from our room. The larger family pool has lots of shelved areas - perfect for kids of all ages. Lots of choice at the buffet, nice restaurants (Grill and Oriental) but menu stayed the same, snack bars and coffee shop open all day, safe beach with lots of people enjoying the sand and the waves. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

I have nothing but positive feedback when it comes to the staff, and the attention to their guests. They all work hard to accomodate as best they can The administration however does not truly assure the safety and well being of their guests. My biggest critique is for the lack of care of the largest gathering place = The Pool. There are patches of tiles throughout the entire pool with black mold, which is a health concern, not to mention that in that same area, there is one large area dedicated with lounge chairs, that area smells like a combination of human urine and suncreen. Guests needs to be held accountable, and that area needs a deep cleaning. The lunch menu by the pool was the same each day, hot dogs, nachos (with watery cheese sauce), and pink hamburgers that were not cook throurouly. Uncooked hamburger is dangerous to the consumer. We were there a total of 4 nights, and left the hotel twice to eat. The food is ok, but could be better. Breakfast included hash brown that came from a bag that was kept in the freezer. This was a "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" type of stay.

The food was not the best. To get from the lobby area to the pool and rooms, would be very hard for someone with limited mobility or has difficulty with stairs. Adult pool was great, infinity pool and great view of the ocean. Once the pool bars closed for the day there was no where to get drinks or activities to do.

The property was great and the food was good, but the alcohol they serve is very watered down. You will not get even a buzz whatsoever after many drinks, which was a huge disappointment when you pay for an all inclusive. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful once you tip them.

Had a really great stay here with family friends and children large pools activities going on at night food was very good just hard to get into the a la carte restaurants so we were only able to do that one evening out of our seven the staff are lovely especially the poolside staff
