Loved the clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. I didn’t enjoy what was on offer at the free breakfast , but other guests seemed to like it. On site self serve laundry facilities and self parking were much appreciated. Nice fitness room and outdoor pool. The area felt safe. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Good value for money.

Clean room and staff are friendly. Breakast is just ok, nothing to rave about. Advertized as shuttle bus available to beach but tje bus is not always available. You need to book in advance and sometimes its already booked in the limited time frames.

If you're looking for an off resort experience between PV and Nuevo this is a good option. The hotel/room was very clean and modern. The pool area is also a nice place to be. Ivan really made the stay complete, whether it be in the lounge or at the pool. He really cares about his guests and their experience while they're at the hotel. Thanks Ivan!

Friendly hotel. Very clean, hot breakfast each am was very good. We chose this for price point and simplicity. Different kind of vacation this time. No All Inclusive, no just laying on the beach. Action packed plans to explore here there and everywhere. Suit that purpose with exception it is not a walkable locale. We took buses, taxis, ubers and Hotel Shuttle everywhere we had to go. In Mexico each of these options are very cheap, reliable and safe. Due to location we would not choose this Hotel again but do give it a 9 star approval. Well done!

We did not like our room on the third floor, we complained about the ventilation system, there was an older as well, we did ask to move to a different room, but the hotel was full, I feel that there was a real language barrier issue as well. The staff in the buffet area were very good, in keeping the area clean, the driver for the transportation service, Martin’ was amazing, and so helpful, it was a pleasure to know him.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, but a little variety in the food offered would be nice. We really appreciated the free shuttle rides. Omar, the drive was enjoyable and a big help. However, he was the only driver, so make sure you book ahead. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, except for a couple of hours one night. I speak some Spanish, but all front desk staff spoke English very well, in case you only speak English. Be aware that the hotel is in an industrial area, so if you like to walk outside, there are not a lot of close options for that. Itis a very streamlined walk of about 45 minutes to a very nice beach, but ubers are very reasonably priced also. The only negative thing for us is that the pool is in a shaded area for most of the day, so you won't see much sun there and the water was not warm! We would definitely consider staying here again and very much appreciated the warm and friendly staff!

The hotel facilities are very nice, service excellent, everyone was very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was very good. The singer who performs Thursdays is really good. Jaime, the driver of the shuttle also is very nice and helpful. Got two rides from him. Still, not much around the property, not good transportation or dining.

We enjoyed the entire stay. All the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. You need to make an appointment for using the laundry room, but I liked the system because I was able to use it privately. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the sport gym. There were not many shops around in the walking distance but we had no problems because we had a rental car and the hotel had free parking.
