Beautiful experience the hotel was breathtaking and the food was a 10/10. Our favorite restaurant was Agua Madre. The entire staff from front desk, to waiters to bartenders and housekeeping were all so attentive and friendly.

Lovedddddd this hotel! A little on the quiet side, went for a girls trip for relaxation but of course had a night where we got a little tipsy and found that we had to be extremely quiet very early. However the massages were beautiful the hotel is absolutely stunning and food was delicious!!!

Very nice and clean resort! Great experience the moment we arrived! Ocean view room! Friendly staff, from front desk, staff at the restaurants and pool service was amazing! Shout out to our host Eduardo who checked on my stay daily and surprised me with a bday cake and balloons in celebrating my birthday at the resort! Check out was easy and had the best massage at their spa! My only comment that was not pleasant was the transportation I booked from the hotel the driver did not turn on the a/c it was hot on our way to the airport.

From the time I arrived at Unico everyone was welcoming and went the extra mile. My room was large well thought out with a spectacular view. Even the lighting throughout was perfect including a little pull out bedside reading light. The food was delicious. I like espresso martinis they were available everywhere. I enjoyed the nightly bingo and entertainment. Had chairs with umbrellas at the beach every day. The pools were sparkling clean and just the right temperature I don't like them cold. Although I have children and grandchildren and I love them dearly this was my first time at an adult's only and I am now spoiled. Unless the children are with me adults only is the way to go for me. I'm from Michigan my friends asked me if I felt safe there and yes I felt completely safe. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful and generous sized room. We had a 2 bed on 9th floor and had super views of the beach from balcony. Staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and presented beautifully too. Was a girls trip with the purpose to switch off and relax and we definitely achieved that!

This is a very nice boutique All-Inclusive hotel in Petra Vallarta area. This one is only a year old so still has a new vibe. Staff is friendly however they need to be cheered up, they don’t seem to want to be there. Food is excellent, and drinks are not bad as well. Rooms are actually amazing and have everything you need, except for the luggage stands which could be requested. We had a very pleasant experience over all. Views and ocean is absolutely unreal. Water in the ocean was is like 80*+ it’s amazing. 100% recommend this hotel.

instead of feeling you welcomed, most of the introductions upon arrival included rules, regulations and penalties. I had a visiting guest for which I purchased a pass. Went to the room for about 3 minutes to change. They called the room and let me know that room access isn’t allowed for visitors (in an aggressive and impolite way). We immediately left the room after we realized this is their rule. Regardless the front desk let me know later that I am being penalized for $300 for going to the room. I recommend avoiding this resort. You would want to feel welcomed, relaxed, respected and not restricted on vacation. The staff practice hostility, not hospitality.

We’ve been to Mexico many times and some places in the Caribbean, but honestly this trip really topped most of them for one reason. Nice rooms, delicious luxurious food and great amenities are of course assets for good experiences and a lot of places have these more or less, but what ultimately makes a stay turning into a unique greatest feeling are the people, and Unico has that better than any other places we’ve been before. It is truly heartwarming to see all the personnel interacting with you with passion beyond just professionalism, it makes you feel at home and family like. Maria and her colleagues at the Rooftop, Veronica and her crew at Agua Madre (really outstanding), the crew at Lia also, all the servers at the pool area, and we apologize if we could only remember a few of the names. And last but not least, probably the most, our host Liliana Medina. She is just exceptionally great, really nice and approachable, and extremely fast reacting and efficient in solving issues. This was a very memorable vacation, thank you and keep up the friendly vibe!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautiful modern design, breathtaking ocean views, and a peaceful adults-only atmosphere. The food was exceptional every restaurant offered fresh, flavorful dishes, and the cocktails were just as impressive. Our room was luxurious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave each morning. What truly set this resort apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our vacation unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful all around and the restaurants are delicious. The pools are even more beautiful than in the photos and there wasn't any need to save lounge chairs early as there were plenty. I would definitely go back!

Overall, I felt the property was beautiful. The restaurants were delicious, even though a lot of the meals were quite salty, but the room service was great. The beach side is okay. There are definitely people that will come up to you trying to sell you different products, which is probably not enjoyable, but that's not necessarily the resort's fault. We ended up getting a massage that would have been ridiculously overpriced at like $900 US for a couples massage, which was outrageous and kind of ruined my taste I had for the hotel. And then also, I needed sunscreen one day. I tried to go to the gift shop, and they tried to sell me sunscreen for $35, which was not enjoyable, but then I realized they had sunscreen at the pool in a little bottle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but probably would not go back to it again, but the food was phenomenal, especially for an all-inclusive. And the staff was very nice and accommodating.
