"Really exceptional hotel. The pool area overlooking the lake gives the city a much more open and relaxing feel. The rooms are spacious, the balconies are large, and everything feels bright and airy. "We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our honeymoon and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating! I mentioned that it was our honeymoon during our travel confirmation and they surprised us with a really thoughtful gift and card that we will forever cherish. We were pretty tired from the long travel so we ordered room service and it was exquisite! The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel is in a great area! I highly recommend Melia Brasil 21!"

"I am an Expedia VIP member, and the property is supposed to provide a special welcome along with other perks. Not only was I denied all of those benefits, but I was also charged an extra fee for early check-in. It was a Sunday, and the property had many rooms available. I had to argue with the manager to have the fee reimbursed, and after considerable discussion, she agreed to refund the amount that had been improperly charged. I paid via PIX (cash) but as of now, I still have not received...

"Our flat was very nice and spacious with great view of the city from the balcony. Kitchen had everything what was needed for cooking breakfast and meals.Great bathroom with nice shower with plenty of hot water.Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. However flat could use some updating as the carpet and the sofa was looking old and stained. We also saw couple of cockroaches in the flat but that's kind of normal in the hot country. Overall we had a brilliant stay in Bonaparte hotel. "
