Custo benefício ok. Limpeza deixou a desejar.

A parte da limpeza me incomodou. Existia até aranha e teia no quarto junto à cortina e ar condicionado. O ar ficava pingando dentro do quarto e molhando o chão próximo ao banheiro. Com relação ao atendimento, foi muito bom. Café da manhã também bom. Em geral é um hotel antigo . Custo benefício ok. Apenas deveriam investir um pouco mais na manutenção e limpeza dos quartos.

Ótima estadia!!!

Fiquei hospedada por 3 dias com familiares. O meu quarto era muito espaçoso, porém o banheiro muito pequeno, mas o chuveiro era excelente. A limpeza do quarto foi impecável. O hotel possui uma van para transporte o que facilitou bastante. O Café da manhã era muito bom. Omelete, panqueca, tapioca e misto quente feito tudo na hora( o que fez muita diferença). Uma mesa com café e água aromatizada na recepção foi o top do hotel!!!

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura. O que não me agradou foi que a cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas e com uma divisória bem evidente entre as camas.

O quarto era espaçoso; a cama confortável porem mais firme; como estava no segundo andar a água demorava muito a esquentar, cerca de 4 minutos. Como Brasilia está passando por uma crise hídrica, 4 minutos é muito tempo esperando a água ficar confortável para tomar banho. No dia a temperatura média estava por volta de 23º C. (uma dica é fazer a re-circulação da linha de água quente). Café da manhã com varias opções de frutas, bebidas e pães. Estou satisfeito com a minha estadia.

Hotel 100% - café da manhã fraco com poucas opções no cardápio: quitandas ressecadas. Cinco de cada em cada bandeja, e apresuntado de gosto duvidoso. Deveriam caprichar mais, pois um bom café da manhã, minha na minha opinião é o cartão de visita. Ao cadastrar no Hoteis.com - li nas informações que o hotel poderá cobrar a taxa de serviço de 10%. Reservei 2 quartos - com o valor unitário de 201,00 x 2 = 402,00 - depois fui informado que deveria pagar pelos 2 quartos 423,00, e no momento de acertar com o Hotel o valor foi pra 232,50 cada = 465,00. Achei que cobrariam 10% em cima do valor unitário anunciado que é de 201,00!!

GOSTEI BASTANTE.

Quarto muito amplo, com 1 cama de casal grande e 1 de solteiro. Escrivaninha e bancada. Sacada. Bom banheiro com ótima ducha. TV a cabo NET. Frigobar vazio, necessitando pedir serviço de quarto para abastecimento. WI-FI muito deficiente, desconecta com grande frequência. Em geral funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos e eficientes, mas um ou outro com perfil inadequado para relacionamento com o público. Café da manhã bom, variado e mais do que o suficiente. Pratos executivos variados, muito saborosos e com preços atrativos. Localização muito adequada para meus negócios.
