"Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else."

"Disappointing stay despite a great location The highlights of this hotel are definitely its excellent location, the friendly staff, and a comfortable bed. However, the room itself fell short of expectations in several ways. The soundproofing is quite poor; I could hear every door closing and people walking in the hallway. Additionally, the door isn't well-sealed, allowing light from the corridor to leak in at night. The room felt a bit dated and wasn’t particularly fresh, lacking basic amenities like a full-length mirror and adequate lighting. Our experience was further dampened by technical issues. On the first night, there was no water pressure, which forced us to repack and move rooms the next day—a major inconvenience. Even after moving, the water was barely lukewarm. Since the central AC was set only to heat, the room stayed too warm, and we had to sleep with the window open facing a neglected inner courtyard. While the staff was nice, the constant functional issues made for a frustrating stay, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again"

"The room had a garden view ( it cost more) but it is worth it. However, the room was too hot and next to our room there was work done in the morning remodelling/ refurbishing another room. The staff is very very nice and helpful and that makes a difference."

"A decent enough hotel. Location was good, I stayed on the 9th floor and was a little distracted by the noise from the rooftop bar on level 10, but that eventually stopped just after 11pm."
