"Room was lovely. Refurbished 8th floor with open balcony looking up to the castle and a view of the sea. Pillows were about 6 inches thick so went and bought some from the shopping centre as they had no other option. Pool bar was broken so no drinks at the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fine. Was up a hill but ok for us. "

"Bra frokost, Ikke spesielt stort utvalg, men alt var delikat og velsmakende. Vi var uheldig med været, rødt farevarsel, det var flom, og vanninntrenging også på hotellet. Heisen måtte stenge pga av fare for kortslutning, og det var masse vann i trappeoppgangene, men rommet vårt var tørt, og personalet var fantastisk, så led ingen nød."
