"Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block."

"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "Second stay at this lovely independent hotel. Even better than the first stay as no issue with a squeaky bed this time and everything else was as good as before. Great location near The Hoe and a short walk down to the city centre. Brought my car this time and parking was no problem. All staff, both on reception and at breakfast were happy and smiling, which costs nothing but makes a big difference. Look forward to returning. "

"We loved our stay. The room was ample size for the 2 of us and the welcome note was a lovely touch. The bathroom was on the small side but it had absolutely everything we needed and the shower gel smelt amazing. We both had Caesar Salad, which was delicious and the cocktails went down a treat. We had a blast and would happily return. "
