"Hotel Laxa is located by lake myvatn, a little further away from all the farmhouses which puts in a quiet location with views all round of Myvatn and still convenient. The staff at hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. They have a nice bar with quiet places for work and a game room as well. I stayed for 3 nights and loved it, and would highly recommend."

"Check-in was unorthodox. One of the electrical outlets on the walls falling off of the wall. That made it so I couldn’t charge my cell phone overnight. Otherwise it was fine."
