"There was no hot water at all in the hotel. The fire alarm went off at 11 PM. It did not stop until 1 AM. It was horrible. Nobody was interested in helping and no hot water to take a shower."

Next door neighbors were fighting and sounded like the walls were paper think. Breakfast is muffins you'd see is a highway gas station. Won't return."

We got two towels in the room. Asked for two more towels. Again acted like it was a big deal. I would only recommend for construction workers who just need a place to sleep. Breakfast okay. "The privacy lock was broken on our door, and they did not fix it. The air conidiation did not work and the room got hot during the night. The facility was dark and needed cleaning. It was so bad we had to cancel our next night and move to a new hotel. There were bugs in the other room where my daughter and grandchildren stayed. We had to change rooms with them because the kids could not sleep on the pull-out bed because of the bugs. Also, that room had a very bad smell the worst I have seen in a hotel. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and they were very good. This was the first Marriott that we have any problems with. "

"I recently stayed at a Marriott and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we checked in, the service felt rude and unwelcoming. The front desk staff seemed irritated when we asked basic questions about our reservation and didn’t make much effort to be helpful. One of the biggest issues was the breakfast situation. When we booked the room through Expedia, it appeared that breakfast was included. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that breakfast was not included and that we would have to pay extra if we wanted it. The staff didn’t try to clarify the confusion or offer any solution, which was frustrating after relying on what was shown during booking. Another surprise was being charged extra for a third person in the room. This was never clearly mentioned when we made the reservation on Expedia, so it felt like an unexpected add-on once we were already at the hotel. Overall, between the rude service, the confusion about breakfast, and the unexpected extra charge for a third guest, the stay was disappointing. I expected a much better experience from a Marriott property."

"Beautiful hotel and warm, helpful, pleasant staff. We will definitely stay there again. The restaurant food was delicious and elegant. Kudos to the designer in charge of room furnishings. The stylish railings on the headboards were strong, secure and came in quite handy. 😉"
