Noisy, no fault of the hotel, just noisy neighbors. Place had 2 beds with a sleeper sofa, good for family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We all fit nicely in the room and it had a fridge to put our cold drinks. We couldn't find an ice machine but we just filled out water bottles half full of water and stuck them in the freezer over night then filled them up with water before we left in the morning, it all worked out.

My family and I have been here for a few weeks. We haven't had many issues. The a/c was leaking a bit, but it's been over 100 degrees lately. I can only assume it's because of the extra work it has to put in. The staff members are extremely nice and very professional. They actually care about your stay. Ms. Nicole, the GM is a joy to meet. She definitely knows how to run a business. All of the staff and guests are really kind and considerate.

The room I had was roach and bug infested. Bath tub looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned, the door was patched from where it seemed that someone had tried to bust in, bath towels had stains, hair was on inside of sliding door to bathroom, desk chair disgusting with stains, and mgmt didn’t seem concerned, safety, cleanness and respect goes a long way. Property in a beautiful and clean area, walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful hospital right across the street from this place, with mgmt should be ashamed and embarrassed,

They charge a deposit which was not listed. They DO NOT have any dishes or cooking utensils, there was no microwave or coffee pot. The hall I stayed in at the end by 2 other rooms was a dead body smell. I literally thought there may have been a Jeff Dahmer wanna be next door. The room itself smelled fine and was clean but I was pretty salty they didn’t have anything to cook with and no microwave when they advertised they did.

The lady at the front desk is very uneducated when it comes to her job. I booked through Expedia and paid the full balance, the front desk lady tried to charge my card a second time and then had me wait almost an hour for a manger to come in and fix the issue in 1min… on top of the unfriendly staff, they have a HUGE roach problem. You see them crawling in the hallway and in the rooms. My shower curtain doesn’t close due to the pole holding the curtain up is falling out the wall.. Please save your money and sleep outside!!! You’ll be way more comfortable.

This property was dirty, outdated, and quite disgusting. The only positive was the young lady that was at the counter was extremely helpful in a very difficult situation the first room that she gave me there was no shower curtain and no shower rod. I came back to the front desk and she apologize. She upgraded me to a room that was a bigger room and much cleaner than the first but the showerhead did not work and I had to take a bath. I requested a blanket because it was very cold and I was told I would get one at 7 AM in the morning but once again, I want to stress that the young lady that was at the counter when I checked and did an excellent job in a very bad situation outside of that I would never stay here again, even if it was for $1 million dollars.

Most of the staff are professional and accommodating. Extremely dirty floors, hallways , elevators, roaches crawling walls in room , . Inside drawers, cabinets are filthy. A microwave was missing in my room and no one was aware unto I mentioned. Not a clean place by any means sadly, bc it is a good location. The elevator floor is dirty all the time. In other words every where you look you find dirt, bugs. But american way or idea of cleaning is way inferior than any other culture . The dirt is right in front of you and no one cares. So I had to spend a lot of money on cleaning supplies, bug sprays to keep it habitable for the time being. Advice to management; inspect every room before and after cleaning . Have a written policy how things should be looking and communicate with housekeeping the basic standard of cleaning. No alive or l dead bugs should be seen. EVER!! I miss the OMINI

The staff was nice. The reeked of weed the entire time, from the time you entered the lobby and up into the hallways. The toliet seat in our room had dried urine on it, and there where sharp staples sticking straight out of the wood in the kitchenette.

good for traveling workers, but not for family

The stuff is good to work with. However, there’s definitely poor communication from cleaning staff to the front office as the TV was broken in my room. The hall is smell. Very bad of lingering trash, which is not very pleasant.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my stay, I found multiple roaches in the room, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, but this place clearly does not meet even basic standards. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.”

Hospitality was not very welcoming. It smelt like smoke and very musty in the hallways. Once we got into the room, it didn’t feel safe. The refrigerator and the pullout couch was very beat up. The bed mattress was thin, squeaky, and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a short curtain for the shower. There was a dead cockroach on the toilet paper, and the shower fixtures were broken..it was very different from what I thought I was going to rent out. There was an air conditioner unit on the stairways and it had no cover; Totally not safe for children.I don’t recommend. The only reason why I stayed was because everything else was sky rocket high for my budget. I wished we could’ve rented a different hotel…
