"This is a great location for couples booking a NYC getaway. While there are some rough areas nearby, it is mostly very charming and safe."

"This hotel is wonderful. It is very well cared for. The staff are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond. I loved my stay!"

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided."

"Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, great location"

"Friendly staff, great location & clean room❤️"

"Gute Lage im FiDi, und viele Subway Linien in Laufnähe. Sehr bequemes Bett, sauber, gute Wasserdruck in Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal."

"Very comfortable stay at The Artezen. Bed and pillows gave my husband and I two very restful nights’ sleep. Room was small but checked all the boxes. Rooftop bar was fun."

"Nice hotel in a decent location. A slight walk from time square but I knew that when booking and was fine with that. Staff were nice however the resort fee is quite expensive just for some coffee. Noting the day we left coffee hadn’t even opened yet as the staff hadn’t arrived to work yet an hour later than it was supposed to open. Overall a decent hotel for what you expect in NYC, I would probably return again if the price was decent."

"Very nice, clean hotel in a quieter area. There is literally everything you need at the intersection for food/drinks/snacks/toiletries."

"Frühstück war völlig überfüllt. Lange Wartezeiten an dem Fahrstuhl. Sehr kleine Zimmer. Keine geschlossenen Schränke im Zimmer. Ansonsten sauber, nettes Personal beim Frühstück und sehr gute Lage."

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
