"Great looking property but surprised by some shortcomings: 1) room hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived and every day there were noticeable things missed during cleaning, 2) even with extra “resort fee” WiFi only covered 2 devices, 3) no fridge or coffee maker in room, 4) parkade exit is well known for malfunctions and indeed took 20 minutes for Uber to get out, 5) swimming pool was dirtier than expected. "

"My first impression was disappointing due to the strong cigarette smell upon entering the hotel. I understand that smoking is allowed in Las Vegas properties, but in other hotels the odor is not nearly as intense as it was here. I arrived late for check-in, around 11:00 PM (official check-in time is 3:00 PM), so it felt unreasonable to still wait nearly 30 minutes to receive my room.
