"Even though we had to wait for our room to be ready when we arrived and the pool was down for servicing and our tv didn't work, the staff worked to get us in, replaced the tv and had the pool running the next day. Once I sent an email in regards to the issues we were experiencing they supplied us with a food voucher to compensate us. This helped us enjoy the amazing pool and hot tub with the great service from the pub. We felt like we were on a Mexican vacation in Calgary. The premium rooms are...

"Our room was a corner room. It was a nice size. The side view was an alleyway. The air conditioning would not get below 22. We let them know more than once, but it was never resolved. Room got hot, so we opened the patio door. Loved that there was a parking garage and it didn’t cost extra to park. That was made up for with all the Calgary fees and taxes. Very basic continental breakfast, but it was nice to come downstairs for coffee. There was no gym, we would have had to go to another hotel....
