"The hotel needs an update. The furniture and pillows are really old. And breakfast need more options and enough for all customers because one day I can get bread the answer was: are too many people at the hotel. "

"The location of this property was great. Our stay was a different story. At check in no one was at the desk, I waited for close to 10 minutes before anyone helped me. I later ask for wash clothes and was told I could get them in the morning when additional staff was there. I have stayed at many hotels and have never been told to wait till tomorrow! Unfortunately no one was in the hallway with the cart in the morning nor was there anyone at the desk so we never got the wash clothes………. Listening noted a buffet breakfast and this was anything but that. They had a waffle maker with a couple pieces of sausage and egg patties that dried out hours before. The bread/muffin box and cereal dispensers were dirty this was not a buffet breakfast! Not to mention the door in the room did not extend to the floor, I could put my whole arm under the door to the hallway. It’s safe to safe to say that we won’t be staying there again."

"When we arrived the room wasn’t ready because of staffing issues so we waited two hours. Which wasn’t a big deal because we wanted a clean room. Once we checked in there were towels from a previous stay hanging up behind the door in the bathroom and there were spots on the wall as if something was spilled and not cleaned up. The actual room was okay, nothing looked out of order. The staff were nice and polite, very professional. "

"We checked in at 8:30pm from a 6 hour drive for a weekend trip. The front staff was short with us, nothing terribly awful, just not the front desk experience Ive had before with other La Quinta's. After check in, we went to our room. Everything looked clean and as expected for the price and previous reviews. Went out for a late supper. Returned around 11pm. Showers for everyone first, then to get in bed. My brother stayed in the next hotel room so I visited with him while my 7 yo, 4 yo, and husband laid down and went to sleep in our room. About 30 min after talking with my brother and making plans for the next day, I go back to my room and cut on the lamp lights to find BED BUGS ON BOTH QUEEN BEDS! Throughout all my years of hotels, I've never experienced this. I grabbed my kids and husband, took pictures, grabbed all our stuff, and informed my brother in the next room and headed downstairs to ask for a refund and try to find another hotel at midnight. The front desk staff- Sonny - was horrible. He didnt believe me & wanted to see them for himself- which was fine. He didnt see them and asked multiple times "show me where they are" and I showed him my pictures with the picture details/time stamps and told him I would not lie about bed bugs with a 4 yo & 7yo at 1230am to go try to find another hotel. He agreed to "cancel" my reservation. Currently waiting to make sure the charge goes away bc it is still showing in my account.0/10 experience."
