"Hot tub down. Staff said they didnt want to spend the money to fix it so its "been down for awhile" but no mention of that when we booked. The pool was indoors but freezing cold the hester was broken. Advertised good breakfast but it was very poor. The breakfast staff eas fantastic and sweet. That was the only positive from our stay"

"Staff was rude when they were there , nobody on duty after 8pm during the week & only 10am to 4pm on weekends, that was ridiculous when you did talk the fhe fro t desk, the guy had an attitude & hung up on me. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel or any Wood Spring to anybody."
