Charging $45 to park car was ridiculous as was providing coffee and then expecting me to pay for the water. Have stayed all over the world and always receive complimentary water for coffee."

"I usually have great stays at this hotel, but this particular stay was out of uncharacteristically mediocre. The staff is wonderful and everyone is working very hard. No problems there. When I got to my room (room 801), it felt like the room was hastily assembled. The blinds wouldn’t come down at all so privacy was limited, and the TV is set on a strange part of the wall away several feet from the bed, making it difficult to watch comfortably. It felt like we were basically in a storage closet-turned-hotel room. I’m sure this is just a one-off experience, but I suggest anyone booked in room 801 ask for different accommodations. "
