"Convenient location within walking distance from the train station, lots of food options nearby. Facing a busy street but quiet at night. Eco friendly so no room cleaning until you request. Get new towels by hanging used ones in a bag on the door. Breakfast was sufficient, plenty of international options "

"Very close to Hakata station which is a main hub. In-room laundry especially convenient. Everything was very clean. AC kept room cool and dry, but there is a humidifier if needed. Variety of free amenities. Nightgown provided. Appreciated the option to have towel changes only without housekeeping entering room or limited cleaning i.e. towel changes and garbage removal. Only downside is we could hear the shinkansen going by, but maybe that is just from our specific room/side of the hotel."

"Love the proximity to Hakata Station! We had reservations for the 7:04am “Hello Kitty” Shinkansen so I wanted the closest hotel!! It was excellent!!"

"The hotel overall is a 5*. Especially the front of house staff, Akbota. She spoke excellent English and provided top notch service. Very professional and knowledgeable! Always went over and above the call of duty and went back to our room to help me look for something I left behind after checking out. The hotel itself was very conveniently located. The onsen was nice. The aesthetics very zen and minimal (which was tasteful). The negatives are: 1. There was a strand of hair on the bathroom towel when we initially checked in so it definitely wasn’t ours. 2. The room was very small 3. They have what they deem eco-housekeeping. I’m fine with not changing the sheets daily. However they don’t make the bed nor wash the glasses But overall, the stay was very pleasant and again, kudos to Akbota!! "

"overall this hotel was excellent. We could smell smoke (cigarette) but we had a air purifier that helped the smell. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the hotel since we had more options within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly always offering their assistance."
