"Nice location away (but not too far away) from Bocas Town. Owners were very friendly and accommodating with water taxis. A member of our family, who is celiac, had no issues. Beware of the little biting flies - they are everywhere in this area."

I was fortunate enough to have the ground floor room with my own secret garden patio, totally secured and had a hammock and patio table/chairs. Bed was comfortable, and had 4 total different customizable pillows (some huge and fluffy small and firm) exactly what I needed to get comfortable! "The owners, Tammy and Alan, are the highlight of this place. They were very helpful, providing suggestions of where to eat in town, giving us a ride to the airport, and even coming back to the airport when I forgot my shoes at their place. (Thank you again!) The location is convenient and walkable. We didn’t get the greatest weather, but their upstairs area with hammocks is the perfect place to enjoy a rainy day. "My husband and I recently stayed at Aqui Hoy for 4 nights and while it was a bit isolated, it was a relaxing and peaceful location. We had the place to ourselves, so that was lovely, but I do think that having neighbours in the adjoining cabin would have impacted on our privacy, had there been someone in the room beside us.
