Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. "Everything about our stay was great. Don’t expect early check in, while staff did their best to accommodate there was a ton of people requesting early check in (including myself by an hour). They will take your number and call if your room is ready early and offer the lobby while you wait. Staff was very nice. Oh and DO NOT pick anything up or move anything not just in the fridge but in the food and drink basket area above that lookalike it’s included-it’s not and they’re on sensors that...

"Run don't walk to the Hyatt Downtown Vancouver (formerly Shangri-La). Best concierge ever, world-class service. Food and in-room dining are great. Turndown service is amazing. The staff were incredible and had attention to detail like I've not seen in any other 5-star establishment. The interiors of the hotel are so chic and beautiful. I could not highly recommend enough. I will definitely be staying here again. "
