"All we had were amazing experiences with this stay. Of course the other amenities were exceptional, but I have never been to another hotel with this level of accommodating and welcoming staff. The staff took us where we needed through a private shuttle and answered all requests to the best of their ability. Highly recommend!!"

"清掃は行き届いていたが、キャンセルポリシーが厳しく、連絡も不便であった。人数変更で追加を支払ったが、タオルの数は変更前のものであり、Wi-Fiは変更されていたがマニュアルに反映されていないようであった。　備品についてももう少し詳細が分かれば良いと思った。"

"ゴキブリが2匹出ました。 自然の中なので仕方ない部分はありますが、ブラックキャップを置くなどの対策は無しです。 またタオルは全く水を吸わず、糸屑が全身につきました。 料理をする為の鉄板は温まるまでに相当の時間が必要で、下準備中に電源を入れたほうが良いです。 のんびりリラックスしに訪れたはずがストレス溜まって帰ってきました。"
