"Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."

"Didn’t get the VIP perks. Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
