We stayed at this hotel in Nice and we had great experience. This hotel was only five minutes from the train station and check-in. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very not super modern but cute, quiet and comfortable . We even had a little balcony. Free 24 hour coffee and water fill station was a huge plus in a city where water will cost €2,00. Definitely recommended.

Coming from USA with only one quick overnight in Nice, with very little time to visit unfortunately. This hotel fit that purpose perfectly. Has a hip, young person vibe. Kind staff. Simple, small, clean with nice breakfast and easy walking access to train station. Was quiet for us even with train station and street nearby. Long walk to the ATM at the CCF Bank down by the water but the exchange rate had no markup and no transaction fees, unlike all other bank (banque) in the area (we tried 4 others). I would stay again. There's a sister hotel next door that looked a lit bit fancier if needed.

The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, a five night stay to get to know Nice and go to Monte Carlo for the tennis tournament by train. All staff were welcoming and helpful, bar one (feedback was given to management), the petit dejeuner was good value. The room was compact but we travel light! Good bathroom and facilities. A happy stay overall!

This hotel is ok. I would say is a two stars hotel rather than three. The breakfast is very poor, and far from it was advertised which I believe is a bit misleading when you compare the hotel with other hotels to take a decision. The location is excellent if you want Nice to be you base destination

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nice! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay in Nice. I was in the individual room, it was compact but enough space for me, very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. I quite liked the area, there were markets around and it is super close to the train station if you want to visit the other cities/beaches in Cote d'azur like Cannes and Monaco.

Decent small hotel, only 4 min walk from the train station. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk area. Clean and friendly, has an elevator and 24/7 reception. Great for a quick stopover.

Our short but lovely stay in Nice.

The hotel is very close to the old town and to the central train station. The location made our life logistically very easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. 24 hours reception service. Although we didn’t need any breakfast we saw that they serve fresh and satisfactory food. Ideal for business trips too. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel SoCo is super convenient for the railway station and its totally walkable to the centre of Nice or the promenade. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they made the stay great. The only negative is that I didn't think the breakfast was good value for the price.

Good location, close to train station and just a couple of minutes to the main commercial street. Room was ok, not too big though. Only 4/5 because of breakfast: for a 3 star hotel I expect more and better breakfast. Not too many choices, few items overall.

City Break!

Perfect location for exploring the city, and within 10minutes to metro and train stations. Hotel staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated. Room was cosey, quite small but for somewhere to sleep and shower it worked well. Plugs in the room were temperamental, with neither plugs at bedside tables working. Balcony was a nice touch especially in the hot weather to allow some air into the room ( as stated its quite small so heats up very quickly ). Was a great city break and the hotels location made it perfect for the type of exploring holiday we had in mind.
