"My favorite place to stay on our French Riviera visit! This property is central to everything in the area. We walked everywhere; plage Anse des fosses, villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, Villefranche sur mer - even with a 4 month old and 3 year old in tow! Everything is close by. You have to try the restaurant a 5 min. Walk away called Le Saint Jean - food, decor, view, vibes, service, everything was fantastic! Keep in mind, this is an old building so it’s not totally modern, but their renovations...

"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. "The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside...

"The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are great. Most of the staff was very friendly. There were two instances when walking back into the hotel after a day out that staff members approached and asked me what I was doing there and where I was going. When I stated that I was a guest of the hotel they looked surprised. I guess I don’t look rich enough"

"We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and got one of their most expensive rooms on the 1st floor. It was very spacious and the balcony was wonderful. It was large with an umbrella and great views. The problem started 10 minutes after we were in the room when there was a roach running on the floor and one in the bed. We caught the one in the bed and took it to the front desk. Needless to say we were upset and all we were told by the manage is that it happens and they would send someone...

"This hotel was conveniently located, but there was not much going for it beyond that. The staff was polite, but did not seem to have any hospitality training. There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only. "The staff was VERRRYYY helpful and accommodating. Good location, close to both beach and the train station. The were leaving before the breakfast start time on our last day but the staff there made arrangements early so that we could have the breakfast before we left. This is the place I will stay if I visit Nice again."
