"This was a wonderful accommodation. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The views were incredible. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Star the manager could not be any nicer. Anything we wanted she was there to get it for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amazing snack drawer was filled. Refrigerator was filled with drinks and replenished daily. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Much better than standard continental breakfasts normally...

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay. "We loved this place! Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and homey. The location was right next to the lake and couldn’t have been more lovely. It was so private it felt like we were a million miles from anyone else. The only complaint was that the bed was too firm for us. "

"Good location. When we booked, it was said that the breakfast was included, but the hotel tried to charge us. They accepted it when we gave them the confirmation. The room was spacious and the design was good, but things were worn out, from the doors, the heating system, the paint, etc."

"I was a little disappointed with my stay overall. The amenities seemed to be in need of some maintenance, which made basic things like showering more difficult than expected. I was also advised at the time of booking that a late check-out could be arranged on arrival, however when I enquired at the hotel, I was told this wasn’t available. It would have been helpful to have that clarified earlier when planning my stay"

"it was a lovely, clean and a central location. only stayed one night but would have loved to use the thermal pools also. the bbq can use some help but the kitchens and bathrooms were in a immaculate state. really loved our stay"

"Place was a dump. Toilet didn’t work properly, television didn’t work, remote needed batteries, wifi didn’t work properly. The food menu wasn’t even close to the pictures on line. It was run down and was a disaster. We paid for two nights but checked out after one. Only positive was Claire the manager. "

"Staff helpful… new rooms under construction So old rooms don’t have Netflix and tv was hard to use . On saying that staff offered extra discount next visit . Kids loved they had alpacas ."

"We had a great stay at Pullman. The room was very spacious, the location is perfect, and the overall value for the price is excellent. The AC was amazing, super strong and kept the room very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There is valet parking available at the hotel for an extra cost, but we didn’t need it since there was street parking available. It’s free from 6pm to 9am, and also free during the day with a time limit of 1–3 hours. Would happily stay here again."

"Wow! What a fantastic holiday park. On arrival the staff were friendly & helpful. The camp cat was the first to greet us at the steeps what a cutie 😍 The grounds were amazing, Loads of things to keep the kiddies entertained. The common areas were modern, clean and spacious. Thermal pools were hot and very inviting, it's just real shame we never had time to utilise them. Our cabin exceeded all expections. Clean tidy and modern. Will we be back absolutely!!
