"Had a fab time staff are all lovely. Room was clean with a comfy bed loads of tea and coffee in rooms and nice biscuits.Fire alarm went off a few times after coming out the shower but staff were at door within seconds to make sure we were ok must be very sensative alarm.

"My fiancée and I stayed here for the night while we were moving house. We read a few bad reviews after booking but were very pleasantly surprised at what we found. The property is under refurbishment and the room we stayed in (4th floor) has been renovated. We both slept like logs. The bed was very comfy and the views out over the river were lovely. The pool was closed as part of the renovation (August 2025). Parking is free for hotel guests. The location is pretty but I would recommend a car to...
