"We found the property to be perfect for our family vacation in Cincinnati. Very friendly. Very helpful. Very clean. Newport is also a very cool little town. Will certainly be back!"

"Check in/out were easy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet with nice view of the river. Reviews say it's family-friendly but it doesn't have a pool. It's my fault for not paying attention when I booked it but future bookers beware and don't make the same mistake I did. We ended up going to the Krohn Conservatory instead of swimming, and that was pretty neat. Nice area/district to just drive around and look, too. We had the 2 bedroom suite and the windows were dirty with what looked like toddler slobber/food handprints in both rooms and there were tufts of thick black curly hair on the floor in the bathroom. Mini-fridge only chills for 2 hours at a time. "

"The hotel had a great vibe! The decor and conversation seating are extremely charming. The customer service was an 11/10! Everyone was kind and patient. My only cons would be: 1. The breakfast options are limited 2. There should be healthier vegetarian choices 3. Every room should have a blanket in the drawer 4. Six sleeper rooms should have two end tables 5. The bathrooms should have a longer vanity or shelf for convenience"

"The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend. "

"The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Carpets are gross and sticky in the rooms. I saw some mold accumulating in the shower. Staff was extremely attentive and kind, but overall would not recommend nor stay again. "
