"Lots of choices for breakfast and was brought to your room. Received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise"

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant, our meal was delicious."

"I loved the property. I just didn't like the parking arrangement"

"Good location"

"立地が最高です。 OTRに位置していてマーケットやブリュワリーRhinegeistにも歩いて行けるところ。 駐車場もわかりやすくて止めやすい。スタッフもとても親切。 無料の路面電車Connectorの停留所もすぐ近くなので街の中心エリアにもすぐ行けます。 おすすめです。"

"Everything about our stay was accommodating. The staff were very helpful and it was exactly as expected. There was a stain on the sheets, but they were obviously clean. There was bed bug covers in the bed which gave me peace of mind. The breakfast buffet was clean and fully stocked at all times. I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good."

"Great location"

"it was not the best neighborhood and considering the front door had to be locked even during the day and staff would not say the room number out loud for security, and cars were broken into over night, wasnt the safest place I've ever stayed. the staff was all friendly and helpful."

"Overall great experience, will book again"

"Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Only issue was that the window curtains were stuck so we slept with city lights. Notified front desk right after check-in and was told someone would check it out but they never did."

"This is and older hotel, and needs a serious overhaul. The bathroom door handle came off the door, looks like they tried to use adhesive. The ceiling had places where there was a leak and was poorly repaired. The staff was great, and made the stay pleasurable. I will stay elsewhere until the hotel is updated."

"Very clean. Beautiful view. Unfortunate that there is a fee to park your vehicle when the room is already very expensive."
